About Nolvia Betancur

Nolvia was inspired to get her real estate license by New York City, where she has lived since 2018. She loves how unapologetically authentic the real estate and people are in her adopted hometown. Originally from the south, Nolvia realized the important role that the process of finding a place to live takes and how crucial it is to have the right advisor guide you.

As someone who loves to help people and the city of New York, real estate was a perfect fit. A compassionate and adaptable person, Nolvia feels comfortable being herself regardless of her situation and encourages her clients to do the same. She believes that a positive and realistic approach is the right path to take when advising her clients on the path to finding their dream home.

Nolvia graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business. She currently resides on the waterfront of New Jersey, with a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, working out in the gym and salsa dancing.
